Massimo Nicolazzi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Member of the Management Board of Centrex Europe Energy & Gas AG in June 2009.

He has broad managerial experience in the energy sector including the holding of senior positions (General Counsel, Vice-President, Senior Vice-President) with Agip/ENI and Lukoil for many years. He developed and managed major energy projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Kazakhstan, Libya and other Mediterranean countries.

Mr. Nicolazzi holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Turin and a Master of Law degree from the University of Michigan.
